Hi I renew my Allvideoshare but I cannot see my license Number and I cannot brand it,  the  player all time is showing your company name. Can you tell me how fic it please?

But also, can you tell me, how could I configure custom ads on advertisement, for can be showing on pre roll and post roll video, because I create it, but is not showing on video.

Kindly have the following Commercial Key for your Website: How to upgrade?
Download the PRO version directly from your account on our website. Then, simply install the downloaded PRO version as you would normally install any other extension.
Note: If you already have installed our FREE version, kindly DO NOT uninstall it.

Adding the License Key:
1. Then, Login to your Joomla! back-end.
2. Go to "Components => All Video Share => Videos".
3. Click on the "Options" button that is on the top right side of the page.
4. Select the "Licensing" tab, enter your key on the "License Key" field.
5. Fill in the other details. Save the changes.
6. That's it.

Regarding Ads
1. Go to "Components => All Video Share => Videos".
2. Click on the "Options" button that is on the top right side of the page.
3. Select the "Player" tab.
4. Find the "Advertisements" section.
5. Select "Custom Ads" from the "Source Type" and make sure the "Preroll Ads" and the "Postroll Ads" options are enabled.
6. Save the changes and check now.

Note the ads work only on the self hosted videos. In case the issue remains, kindly share with us your site admin access details here  allvideoshare.mrvinoth.com/#contact-us to further investigate the issue.
