Hi -

I have the same problem as others have had with the HTML5 fallback for iPad causing the video player window to be too small. COuld you provide me with a fix for this? The link to the page with problems is www.cbsarcsafe.com/products/product-videos .

Please send me css to fix it if you can - I cannot provide server access.

You're using our "Third Party Embed Code" method with VIDEO element correct ?

Kindly follow the same trick provided here stackoverflow.com/questions/16252832/vid...small-on-ipad-height and it works fine for me too.

Thank you. I'm actually using the direct upload video method though. Does that make a difference? Is the div class different?

Strange. But I see the direct <video> element instead of <object> code in desktops. Did you edited our source files ?

No, I didn't edit any source files. Some of the videos were general upload, some were direct. I changed them all just now to the "direct" option so that they'd all be the same. When I use firebug, this is what I see:
