Hello I have license on my site but some users can see your logo in their player
e.g.: feel-young.eu/cs/userpages/see/pavlasiroka5

do you have any ideas what is the reason?

You mean that I should upload that crossdomain.xml file?
I have no issues playing the videos just some users see the logo as I wouldn't have license.

It mean the player has issues in loading the configuration XML file. Could you get me your Server FTP access to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ? So, I can check this.
