Problema select categories was created by Peppe

Hi, I do not speak English I'm using Google,

I have noticed that it is not possible to manage and select multiple categories, I'll explain:

as seen from screenschot I want to select only 2 categories of 3 and I can not do it, you can change something? is there a way?
