@MoonDust,

- Open {root}/components/com_jcomments/plugins/com_allvideoshare.plugin.php in your favorite file editor

- Search for
$db = & JFactory::getDBO();
and replace it as
$db = JFactory::getDBO();
- That's it. Save the changes and check now.

Hope, your issue solved !!!

Thanks for quick answer.

In fact i played with this error a bit. I googled this solution and tried to delete "&". Error has disappeared but comments doesn't work any way and the page not fully loaded.
Can you imagine. I delete the file com_allvideoshare.plugin.php at all and i saw message from JComments "You have no rights to post comments". So, when i authorized on the site comments really appears.

I set up another machine with the same environment and comments works fine without this file.

For now i can't understand the difference and don't understand why comments works okey without this plugin.

Do you have any opinion?

So, to fix a problem with "You have no rights to post comments":
Goto Control Panel
Users => Groups
Set tick for Public
Click "Options" button (right up corner)
Click "Save & close"

It is joomla bug.
