ALL VIDEO SHARE

Good day
I have been trying to add a thumb for an embed video. everytime I try to add it I get an error as follows: THUMB : The file extension CA/IMAGES/VIDEOS/HOW TO CATCH A THEIF is not allowed.
I have originally added the crimeandjustice.ca/images/videos/ and title. Also tried: /images/videos/ and title
I have tried several methods but always the same result.

Can someone please help me out here.

crimeandjustice.ca/images/videos/ doesn't include any image file name. Kindly try adding the URL that exactly points to the image.

This time I did not get the error as I put the image in with the install of the video. The ones I try to add the image to give an error as mentioned before.

I'm not able to find this Video in your website. It would be be nice if you could send me the direct video page link.

But, I think I have found the reason. Your website seems to be using SSL(https). So, your image file path should also use the HTTPS protocol and I guess you're using HTTP in the image paths. Kindly check and fix this.

The reason you cannot see it is because we would not want that to be live. It isn't pretty..

I have created you an admin sign in which will allow you to see c&jtv in the menu which will show you what we have. You should have received the email with login info when I created the user. I used the admin return e-mail.

As I guessed, the image file path you've added is wrong. It starts from "www." and no protocol added in the URL. I just added "https" before the URL and the issue went away. Kindly check.
