I installed All Share Video in a multilingual site, creating categories in the section in serbian, is a function perfectly. How do I create categories in other languages? I this is not possible?

Sorry, All Video Share itself don't have option to create categories in multiple languages.

There is a beautiful component(FALANG) which helps to translate the dynamic content. Kindly try using extensions.joomla.org/extension/falang
