You can find the file in www.famigliabruno.it after login on menu follow Foto e filmati-->Filmati-->Albums--> and finally the video is il mio matrimonio

Did you upload the video using our GENERAL UPLOAD method ? I doubt the video file is large and the upload is not successful. Kindly try uploading the video file directly to the server using your FTP client and use our DIRECT URL method to add the video to the component. allvideoshare.mrvinoth.com/forum/7-addin...lla-ftp-uploading#74

I already done in this way.
To UPLOAD the file I used FTP client and added it with your DIRECT URL.

Then, you might have added the wrong file path. Because It's taking me to a 404 page when trying to load the video URL directly in browser. Or the file might not have read permission. Kindly double check this.

Now finally it works.
I checked both permissions and path and were ok.

I don't know if this is the solution but what I have done is change the name of the file.
Could be it to long?
